Bo Fric is an average Candian guy who really likes poker. In fact, Bo likes poker so much that he’s borrowed against his life for it. He mortgaged his house to a bookie and sold his car and everything of value he owns so he can go to Vegas and film a documentary at the World Series of Poker. PokerRoad (http://pokerroad.com/blog/bo-fric-poker-bucket-list/posts/mortgaging-my-life) is following Fric this summer as he pursues this lifelong dream and attempts to check items off his “Poker Bucket List.” “As these dreams made their way to paper, I realized that beyond winning the WSOP Main Event and making a million dollars, many of these dreams are actually quite tangible,” said Fric of the list in his blog (http://www.pokerbucketlist.com/). “This journey is for all of us who have thrown our hat into the ring to chase the poker dream.” On the list of things Fric wants to do is some of what you’d expect from a gambler – play a $10k hand of blackjack, enter the Main Event, cash in a WSOP tournament, win a hand in Bobby’s Room. Then there are some other wishes that are kind of unusual – an afternoon at the spa with durrrr, suit shopping with Farha, craps with Ivey, dinner with Doyle, Wii games with Daniel.
