Poker legend and 1998 WSOP Main Event champion Scotty Nguyen has signed an exclusive sponsorship agreement with European online poker site Expekt.com. The Prince of Poker is the face of Expekt Poker and their chief poker ambassador. In an interview with Poker News Daily (http://www.pokernewsdaily.com/the-prince-of-poker-scotty-nguyen-signs-with-expektcom-2493/), Expekt Public Relations Manager Dan Vickman talked about the decision. “We wanted a high-caliber profile and personality who is both charismatic and who sticks out in the crowd. Scotty fits the bill perfectly.” Hopefully Expekt is aware of Scotty’s recent vow to quit poker if he doesn’t win $4 million at the WSOP. Even if he doesn’t make it, this new sponsorship deal will probably keep the Prince out of retirement.
